Las autoridades de Venezuela han revocado las concesiones de vuelo a seis aerolíneas internacionales —Iberia (IB), TAP (TP), Avianca (AV), Latam Colombia (LA), Turkish Airlines (TK) y Gol (G3)— tras la suspensión de sus operaciones en rutas hacia y desde Caracas. La medida afecta directamente a las conexiones internacionales con el Aeropuerto Internacional Simón Bolívar de Caracas (CCS), principal puerta de entrada al país. En el caso de España, las rutas entre Madrid y Caracas quedan temporalmente limitadas a las aerolíneas que mantienen permisos vigentes.

Por el momento, Copa Airlines (CM), Wingo (P5), Boliviana de Aviación (OB) y Satena (9R), junto con las compañías locales Avior (9V) y Conviasa (V0), continúan operando con normalidad desde y hacia Caracas. 

Iberia ha confirmado que mantendrá la cancelación de sus vuelos a Venezuela hasta el 1 de diciembre, siguiendo las recomendaciones de la Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea (AESA). Asimismo, Air Europa (UX) y Plus Ultra (PU), que también cubren la ruta Madrid–Caracas, disponen de 48 horas para restablecer sus operaciones y evitar la pérdida de licencia, según el ultimátum comunicado por el INAC.

Venezuela. Revocation of air concessions to six international airlines. 27 November

The Venezuelan authorities have revoked the flight concessions of six international airlines — Iberia (IB), TAP (TP), Avianca (AV), Latam Colombia (LA), Turkish Airlines (TK) and Gol (G3) — following the suspension of their operations on routes to and from Caracas. The measure directly affects international connections to Simón Bolívar International Airport in Caracas (CCS), the main gateway to the country. In the case of Spain, routes between Madrid and Caracas are temporarily limited to airlines that maintain valid permits.

For the time being, Copa Airlines (CM), Wingo (P5), Boliviana de Aviación (OB) and Satena (9R), together with local companies Avior (9V) and Conviasa (V0), continue to operate normally to and from Caracas.

Iberia has confirmed that it will maintain the cancellation of its flights to Venezuela until 1 December, following the recommendations of the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA). Los servicios ferroviarios de alta velocidad en España continúan afectados por la huelga convocada en la operadora Iryo. Las movilizaciones comenzaron el martes 25 de noviembre y seguirán el jueves 27. La convocatoria incluye, además, cuatro nuevas jornadas la próxima semana, coincidiendo con el puente de diciembre: los días 5, 6, 7 y 8, entre las 00:00 y las 23:00 horas.

Los servicios mínimos establecidos por el Ministerio de Transportes y Movilidad Sostenible se sitúan en el 73%. A pesar de ello, numerosos trenes han quedado fuera de operación. En Barcelona, Iryo ha confirmado la cancelación de cuatro trenes diarios. En total, se han reportado 32 trayectos afectados en las rutas de alta velocidad entre Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla y Málaga.

La reducción del servicio está alterando la movilidad del viajero en los principales corredores de alta velocidad. Las rutas Madrid–Barcelona, Madrid–Valencia, Madrid–Sevilla y Madrid–Málaga sirven habitualmente como conexión intermodal con los aeropuertos internacionales de cada ciudad. Spain. Strike continues at Iryo services. 27 November

High-speed rail services in Spain continue to be affected by the strike called by the operator Iryo. The protests began on Tuesday 25 November and will continue on Thursday 27. The strike also includes four new days next week, coinciding with the December bank holiday weekend: 5, 6, 7 and 8 December, between midnight and 11 p.m.

The minimum services established by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility are set at 73%. Despite this, numerous trains have been taken out of service. In Barcelona, Iryo has confirmed the cancellation of four daily trains. La huelga prevista en el servicio de autobuses urbanos de Málaga ha quedado desconvocada, lo que supone la retirada de los paros parciales anunciados a partir del 28 de noviembre. La cancelación de la convocatoria garantiza la continuidad del transporte público en la ciudad y evita alteraciones en los desplazamientos hacia puntos estratégicos como el aeropuerto de Málaga-Costa del Sol (AGP) y la estación de tren María Zambrano, que conecta con la red de alta velocidad.

Spain. Bus strike in Malaga called off. 28 November

The planned strike on Malaga's urban bus service has been called off, meaning that the partial stoppages announced for 28 November will not go ahead. The cancellation of the strike guarantees the continuity of public transport in the city and avoids disruptions to travel to strategic locations such as Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) and María Zambrano railway station, which connects to the high-speed network.

The cancellation eliminates the risk of delays or interruptions on the lines connecting the city centre with the airport (AGP) and the railway station, which are frequently used by international travellers and those connecting with long-distance services. Italia afrontará dos jornadas de huelga general que repercutirán de forma directa en la movilidad del viajero internacional. La primera tendrá lugar el viernes 28 de noviembre y afectará a los sectores público y privado, mientras que la segunda está convocada desde la madrugada del jueves 11 de diciembre hasta las 21:00 del viernes 12 de diciembre.

En la huelga del 28 de noviembre, la interrupción de los servicios ferroviarios comenzará a las 21:00 del jueves 27 de noviembre y se prolongará hasta las 21:00 del viernes 28 de noviembre. El paro impactará en los trenes operados por Trenitalia, Gruppo FS, Trenitalia Tper, Trenord y el operador privado Italo.
Aunque se garantizarán franjas mínimas entre las 06:00 y las 09:00 y entre las 18:00 y las 21:00, se esperan cancelaciones y una reducción considerable de servicios regionales, interurbanos y de alta velocidad.

Las conexiones de alta velocidad podrán registrar alteraciones en rutas clave que unen Roma con Milán, Nápoles, Turín, Bolonia, Florencia, Venecia, Pisa y otros destinos. Este escenario puede repercutir en los desplazamientos entre los centros urbanos y los principales aeropuertos internacionales.

La huelga del 28 de noviembre alcanzará al sector aéreo, con efectos sobre tripulaciones, personal de tierra, manipuladores de equipaje y servicios auxiliares. Se anticipan retrasos, cancelaciones y reprogramaciones en los aeropuertos italianos, incluidos Milán-Malpensa (MXP), Milán-Linate (LIN), Bérgamo-Orio al Serio (BGY), Bolonia (BLQ), Florencia (FLR), Pisa (PSA), Nápoles (NAP), Turín (TRN) y Venecia (VCE).

Italy. General strikes on 28 November and 12 December will impact transport and mobility

Italy will face two days of general strikes that will directly affect international travellers' mobility. The first will take place on Friday 28 November and will affect the public and private sectors, while the second is scheduled from the early hours of Thursday 11 December until 9 p.m. on Friday 12 December.

During the strike on 28 November, rail services will be suspended from 9 p.m. on Thursday 27 November until 9 p.m. on Friday 28 November. The strike will affect trains operated by Trenitalia, Gruppo FS, Trenitalia Tper, Trenord and the private operator Italo.

Although minimum service will be guaranteed between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., cancellations and a considerable reduction in regional, intercity and high-speed services are expected.

High-speed connections may be disrupted on key routes linking Rome with Milan, Naples, Turin, Bologna, Florence, Venice, Pisa and other destinations. This scenario may have an impact on travel between urban centres and major international airports.

Buses, trams and the Rome metro will operate with limitations. Services are guaranteed until 08:30 and then from 17:00 to 20:00. The strike on 28 November will affect the aviation sector, with impacts on crews, ground staff, baggage handlers and ancillary services. Delays, cancellations and rescheduling are anticipated at Italian airports, including Milan-Malpensa (MXP), Milan-Linate (LIN), Bergamo-Orio al Serio (BGY), Bologna (BLQ), Florence (FLR), Pisa (PSA), Naples (NAP), Turin (TRN) and Venice (VCE).

Las autoridades han emitido una advertencia meteorológica de nivel rojo para la región de Macedonia Central, con especial incidencia en la ciudad de Tesalónica (SKG). Durante la jornada del 27 de noviembre se prevén tormentas severas, acompañadas de lluvias intensas y vientos fuertes, que pueden alterar la movilidad y los servicios básicos.

El episodio de inestabilidad podría generar retrasos en los desplazamientos del viajero, así como cortes puntuales en el suministro eléctrico.
